16TH AFCC & E LAUNCHED IN KAMPALA UGANDA

On the 1st August 2017, the Uganda coffee industry came together to launch the 16th AFCC & E at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Chief Guest was Hon Kibazanga Chris – State Minister for Agriculture. Other important guests were Perez Bukumunhe, UCDA Chair, Dr. Emmanuel Iyamyulemye Managing Director Uganda Coffee Development Authority, Stephen Assimwe Uganda Tourism Board, Joseph Nkandu NUCAFE and Hannington Karuhanga of Savannah Commodities. This year, AFCA would like to invite all members to submit their abstracts in line with the theme. We shall not be restrictive on the topic or sub theme.

However while we are seeking a variety of topics, we would also like to inform presenters we shall be raising the standards for the selective process.

Presentations should be relevant, practical and offer solutions.
