afcaReporting to the Executive Director and the HCCC, the event coordinator will assist to plan, coordinate, and ensure the success of the 14th AFCA Conference in Tanzania.

Specifically, the Event Coordinator will handle exhibition set up and management, conference site coordination based on meeting room(s), accommodations, catering, and equipment requirements and costs, guide on selection of service providers, promotion and media as well as pre and post event management.
