National Cocoa and Coffee Board of Cameroon (NCCB)

The National Cocoa and Coffee Board (NCCB) is the regulatory organ of the cocoa and coffee sectors of Cameroon. It is an administrative public establishment with financial autonomy under the supervisory authority of the Ministry of Trade.

NCCB’s vision is to improve the socio-economic conditions of farmers, and to strengthen the capacity and competence of all stakeholders towards the sustainability of the sector. Our mission is to regulate and supervise cocoa and coffee related activities from farm-gate to export.

NCCB Duties:

  • Control and guarantee the quality of cocoa and coffee;
  • Monitor export statistics along with the cocoa and coffee trading seasons;
  • Defend and promote the image of Cameroon origin,
  • Disseminate information and guarantee the smooth functioning of all activities in the sector;
  • Monitor international cocoa and coffee agreements as well as representing Cameroon in international organizations
