The coffee industry in Zambia offers the market coffees from its country’s unique high plateau which on average lies slightly over 4500 feet (1,350 metres) above sea level. The industry grows and sells mainly Fully Washed Arabica coffee products. Recently though speciality Naturals such as Honey Gold and Anaerobic products have additionally been offered to the high quality and value discerning markets.

Stringent quality regulations translate the industry’s products into special coffees of relatively limited availability. Added to this, the spicy aroma with a well balanced cup, combining medium to good acidity and medium body exudes a distinct and lively complex flavour profile, an inimitable speciality product taste from the very heart of Central/Southern Africa.
