What is a B2B Cupping? 

At AFCA, we are committed to positioning the African fine coffee sector with a producer-forward agenda. For this very reason, we have been implementing Business-to-Business (B2B) Cuppings for over five years, providing a space for producers and exporters to meet with coffee buyers while their coffees are on the cupping table. The B2B Cupping Rooms are equipped with all your cupping needs, and onsite volunteers will be available to support with set-up and clean-up. Cupping sessions will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes, allowing sufficient time for cupping and networking. You are expected to bring the coffees and any onsite brandings, such as cupping cards and roll-up banners. 

Option 1: Cupping Table

 Want to promote a handful of coffees? Renting a cupping table is the option for you! 

Price: US$100.00 for members, US$150 for non-members 

What’s included:

You will be provided with one cupping table during an open cupping session, with an allowance of up to six (6) samples per table. All equipment will be provided, and onsite volunteers will be available to support. Your day and time slot will be provided to you by the AFCA Secretariat by January 25, 2024. Please note time slots are first come, first serve. 

Option 2: Cupping Room

Prefer to have your coffees cupped in a private setting? With this option, you can rent the B2B Cupping Room for a one hour and 15 minute session, exclusively for your company or organization! 

Price: US$450.00 for members, US$675.00 for non-members 

What’s included:

You will be allotted access to the B2B Cupping Room for one hour and 15 minutes, with up to five (5) cupping tables. All equipment will be provided, and onsite volunteers will be available to support. Your day and time slot will be provided to you by the AFCA Secretariat by January 25, 2024. Please note time slots are first come, first serve.
