Who we are
Africa Coffee Academy. ACA was established in 2006 and registered in March 2007 as a private limited liabilities company under the company act of the republic of Uganda. ACA has its headquarters in Kampala-Uganda and has recently established a branch in Kenya and soon in Burundi. Whereas ACA is hosted in Uganda, It has and continues to do work throughout Africa.
The vision of ACA is Resilient and Profitable Coffee Enterprises and the mission of ACA is Delivering a total coffee experience to the coffee value chain in Africa through educating, training and offering professional services in every aspect of the coffee value chain.
ACA guarantees “From Seed to Cup” services that include coffee specific capacity building and trainings with mentorship and coaching, e.g. Coffee Trading and Entrepreneurship, Coffee Quality Management, Coffee Price Risk Management, SPS Management, and Barista courses. Secondly, ACA has and runs a private independent coffee laboratory (in the process of SCA Certification) that specializes in quality assurance of green and roasted coffee products and new coffee product development. Furthermore, through its consultancy services ACA combines decades of coffee expertise with the practical know-how to improve quality from the green bean to the roasted product. Lastly, ACA offers Third Party Quality Management Services and coffee Machinery and Equipment Trading with guaranteed excellent after sales service.
